How and where can I sign an agreement with VIMcredit?
You can sign an agreement with our company when and where it is convenient for you! This can be done from your company office, from your beloved summer house, from the hot tub at a spa hotel, or from your bed before sleep when you suddenly remember that you need funds for tomorrow.
The process of signing an agreement with VIMcredit can be divided into several stages:

- Our KYC and AML department checks your loan application along with your invoice and agreement with your customer. After checking, if it was crowned with a positive decision, our credit department sends you three documents signed by us (loan agreement, assignment agreement and sponsorial agreement) to your personal VIMcredit account.
- You will receive a notification about this by e-mail with a link, by clicking on which you will be taken to your personal VIMcredit account, where the documents signed by us are already located.
- Print and sign these documents, scan them and attach them back to your VIMcredit account.
Also send a notification to your customer through your VIMcredit personal account that you have transferred your receivables to us - VIMcredit. That's it!
On your part, everything is done for the successful receipt of funds to your corporate bank account. - After you have uploaded all the signed documents in your VIMcredit personal account, our credit department will send 75% of the invoice amount to your corporate bank account. The remaining 25% minus our percentage, we will send you after receiving payment to our bank account from your customer.
The agreement with VIMcredit is concluded in accordance with § 1879 and other provisions of Law No. 89/2012 of the Civil Code as amended.
