No, it is not connected.
Factoring is not actually a loan, but an assignment of a claim.
In addition, even if your company has a bad credit history and banks do not want to lend to you, this does not affect VIMcredit's decision to finance your company. Rather, we are interested in the financial situation and credit rating of your customer (debtor), i.e. the company to whom you have sold goods or services with deferred payment.
VIMcredit does not provide banks with your personal data or any other data related to your company.
Can someone from your company's employees apply for factoring services from your company's office?
You, as a director, of course, can provide your login and password to one of your employees (for example, the company's accountant or the company's financial director), but you, as a representative of the company, will bear the ultimate legal responsibility for all actions based on the law on trade corporations of the Czech Republic (Zákon o obchodních korporacích č. 90/2012 Sb.)
